One flat price per filing. No hourly anything. No subscription.

Pay once, for the year you file — and if a register won't accept it, refiling is free or the fee comes back. Every price is the price you pay: no VAT is added at checkout, because we're not VAT-registered. Rivals' plus-VAT stickers grow 20% at the till; ours don't.

Pay per filing, once

File a year, pay for a year.

Dormant company

£29 one-off

Your company didn't trade — the government still wants two filings. We do both: accounts to Companies House, nil CT600 to HMRC.

  • Dormant accounts + nil CT600, both registers
  • Long first years split into two returns automatically
  • Documents previewed free before you pay

Trading company

£59 one-off

The whole trading year: FRS 105 accounts to Companies House, CT600 with iXBRL computations to HMRC — figures agree by construction.

  • Eight figures in — or import a trial balance
  • Marginal relief and first-year splits handled
  • Prior-year comparatives read from the register

Charity or CASC

£39 one-off

A charity claiming exemption on all its income: the CT600 with the CT600E supplementary pages, filed and tracked to HMRC.

  • Full exemption claimed, tax nil
  • Trustee declaration, IRmark receipt kept forever
  • Documents previewed free before you pay

Every filing: documents previewed free before you pay · live tracking to each register's acceptance · rejected? refiling is free — or refunded.

Preview before paying

Who can file with WrenTax

UK private limited companies filing as micro-entities — since April 2025 that's turnover up to £1m, balance sheet up to £500k, up to 10 employees. That covers the overwhelming majority of small owner-managed companies. We check eligibility from the register and your figures before you pay, and refuse honestly when your company needs more than software.

What we deliberately don't do

  • R&D tax credit claims
  • Director's loan charges (CT600A / s.455)
  • Group structures and consolidated accounts
  • Loss carry-back and complex loss reliefs
  • Investment property and audit-required companies

Those need judgement, not forms — an accountant is the right answer, and pretending otherwise is how cheap software gets people fined.

Accepted or refunded

Clause 5 of the terms, not small print — read it.

The honest bit

The price on the tin is the price at checkout: UniBookTrade Ltd is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added — unlike most rivals' prices, which grow 20% at the till. (If we register for VAT later, VAT will be added and shown at checkout before you pay.) Where a Companies House fee applies it's included in the price. If a filing is rejected, refiling is free; if it can't be made acceptable, the fee is refunded in full — that's in the terms, not the small print. Submission goes live once HMRC and Companies House recognition completes — until then every flow runs end-to-end in preview, and nothing is charged. Prices shown are launch prices.
